Refund & Return Policy

We realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While cut fabric is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or exchange the fabric followed by valid reasons below :

• tear of the textile upon arrival
• discoloring on the textile
• stretched marks on the textile

Returns should be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 12 days of receipt . Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Colors displayed on the site may vary depends on the device used by customers, for confirmation for each colour before purchasing, please use our colour pantone code as a guidance and search the cooler code.

However, customers are advised to notify us at info@sajali.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable.
