Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide FREE shipping on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia and Outside.

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made before 1PM, Monday – Friday on the same day. Orders made on Friday, after 1PM will only be shipped on the next working day {Monday}.

The appointed forwarder will require 1–2 working days to dispatch parcels for orders within Peninsular Malaysia.
For Langkawi, Sabah and Sarawak orders, delivery will take up to 3-5 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday – Saturday, excluding local public holidays (Malaysia).

If customers do not receive their order within 3-5 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.
